This project included the construction of a 34-stall parking lot; including 3 ADA stalls, approximately 7,500 sf. building, 8,000 sf. of concrete walk, and 450 sf. of parking lot concrete, a bioretention pond, woodchip walking path, and associated underground utilities (storm water systems, sanitary sewer and water systems).
