Frontage improvements in the public right-of-way included stormwater system modifications, installation of 420 ft of 12″ water main and 410 ft of 8″ sanitary sewer main under a highly trafficked industrial roadway. Approximately 900 ft of road widening, curbing, boulevard, plantings, street lights and sidewalk were also installed along the public frontage. Private improvements included construction of 70,000 sft of parking lot, 1,500 sft of concrete flatwork, 1,500 ft of fencing and landscaping. Stormwater utilities included installation of ~600 ft of stormwater improvements with two bio-retention facilities, underground pre-treatment and treatment facilities and infiltration system consisting of 180 ft of linear feet of 48 inch diameter pipe. Additional private utilities include water, sewer, power, and gas services.
